April 23, 1987 around 4 a.m. in Honolulu, HI

I was drifting in and out of sleep when I heard the front door open and felt the breeze and thought someone had come into the apartment.  I immediately got the sense of someone standing next to the mattress (I was sleeping on a Japanese type mattress that is right on the floor) and the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and I felt a chill. It was a strange experience as I could see myself asleep and yet awake at the same time. I “saw” a pair of large feet….one foot stepped over me, going from right to left, and I felt the mattress dip under the weight of the foot. I tried to call out but couldn't make a sound. Everything seemed to be in slow motion. The legs were massive with huge calves and as quickly as he had come into the room, he stepped over me and went out through the front door. I was wide awake as soon as he left and had the sense of his presence and what I saw was a Hawaiian warrior, barefoot and wearing a malo (loincloth) and some type of headdress on his head. Interestingly, he opened the front door to walk in, but when he left he walked through the door.

December of 1988 in Honolulu, HI

It was around 2 p.m. and I was vacuuming and began to feel very sleepy so I turned off the vacuum to take a nap on the living room couch. I KNOW I fell into a deep sleep right away and yet, I felt I was awake and sensed a presence in the room with me. I “saw” myself asleep and at the same time was awake. I turned my head towards a sound and saw a little dog playing with my 2 birds on the floor next to the couch. He was friendly and his tail was wagging. Then I heard “voices” and I saw 2 people standing in back of the dog, talking to each other. They were dressed in brown robes with hoods that came forward and covered their faces. Their hands were hidden in the sleeves of the robes. They began to move pass the couch and I tried to get their attention by calling out but I couldn't make a sound. The dog followed them and they walked right “through the front door”.  I was awake immediately and got the very strong sense that they had been there. My birds were still on the floor. The interesting part of it all is that I recalled they did not walk on the carpet but “glided” over it!

April, 2005   Honolulu, HI

My daughter came into Honolulu for a 1 day visit with co-workers and she spent the night with me (Wed., April 20th). I left for work early Thursday morning and when I returned around 5 p.m. she is gone and I did my routine of going into the bathroom to turn on my little oscillating fan and noticed a “battery pack” sitting on the counter by the fan. I didn't think much of it and walked into the living room. Around 6 p.m. I called Dawna on her cell phone to see how they were doing and they were in a hurry to get to the airport. She asks, “MOM, DID I LEAVE A BATTERY PACK ON THE COUNTER IN THE BATHROOM”? I said…YES, I JUST SAW IT. She sounded frustrated that she had forgotten it so I told her I would mail it to her the next morning.  I went to the bathroom to get the battery pack and it WASN’T ON THE COUNTER. I hunted all over for it and early the next morning went to the trash room to see if I could find the bag I  had tossed down the chute….no luck.

I got to work and waited until I felt she might be home. She answered the phone and I told her I couldn't find the battery pack and I described it to her and she confirmed that's what it looked like. Then she said….MOM, I FOUND THE BATTERY PACK ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT, IT HAD DROPPED TO THE BOTTOM OF HER CARRY ON BAG!

Okay….so did I see the impression of the pack that was there earlier….because she remembered it being there before she left my apartment?

Twilight zone phenomena!
